Daily Devotions for August 29, 2020 – The “Beattitudes” (supreme blessedness or joyfulness) in the beginning of Matthew 5, speaks of conditions of the heart: attitudes or qualities of Godly character. When a person has Christ in control of their life, they have every reason to be joyful and happy. How blessed are those who truly have humility and a repentant spirit that God desires to see in the lives of His people.
