Daily Devotions for August 8, 2020 – People can generally say they love God, what exactly does that mean? Matthew 22:37 – “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” Truly loving the LORD means having a deep desire to obey and follow Him. With God’s help, we can intentionally avoid sin, seeking to honor Him first rather than gratifying ourselves. Love the LORD with all of your being, and determine to live a holy, separated life.
