Daily Devotions for July 16, 2020 – I John 5:9 – “If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.” Some people try to convince themselves of their relationship with God, but the Bible says that those who are saved, have God as a witness within themselves. The witness of God in a believer is the presence of the Spirit of God -what a blessing to know we can have peace, calmness and assurance of our relationship with God. A peace that truly passeth all understanding, a salvation that is sure in Jesus Christ!
