Daily Devotions for August 22, 2020 – Life is so busy. We can become carried away with the pressures of life and fail to remember, as God’s children, the anchors we have in in our life. Consider what Moses said the nation of Israel after their Egyptian bondage, being afraid and even discouraged. Exodus 14:13 – “… Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” God can and will accomplish His purposes in your life. Be encouraged in the LORD today, with all the things happening in your life, stand still and see the salvation of the LORD – He cares for you.
