Daily Devotions for August 1, 2020 – James 3:5 – “Even so the is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!” What we say can encourage or even tear someone down. Such a small member has great influence beyond its size. Sometimes, it’s best not to say (or type) anything at all. Our words can be hurtful, you can’t take back words after they’ve been spoken. Be wise with your tongue, and speak edifying words – build up and encourage someone today.
