Daily Devotions for August 7, 2020 – God can’t forgive or overlook sin, but every sin has to be paid for. (Heb 2:2) But the Bible tells us that Christ has paid the sin debt for those who receive Him. Peter 2:24 – “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” What a blessing to know that we are forgiven. Rejoice in Him knowing that our debt is paid!
