Baptist Campus Ministries (BCM) officially became a bonafide student organization of the University of North Dakota in the year 1992 , under the direction of Scott Kuzel, for the purpose of providing a true Christian presence on campus for the propagation of the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Just the same, prior to the establishing of BCM, Bible Baptist Church was already active on the UND campus through Baptist Teen Couriers, who faithfully and weekly distributed gospel literature to students and faculty. BCM has effectively been “a light” shining in a dark place through the Christian testimonies of its members, as well as taking an uncompromising stand against the humanistic, atheistic, amoral and worldly philosophies of our day.
Baptist Teen Couriers (BTC) began in the year 1990, under the leadership of Scott Kuzel, who was then the Youth Director of Bible Baptist Church. BTC began with a burden of bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to “our Jerusalem,” as well as to the students attending the University of North Dakota, many of whom are from overseas countries. BTC has been involved in some major gospel outreach endeavors and continues to be a vital participant in Bible Baptist Church’s evangelistic programs.
We invite you to tune in and hear how Biblical principles are relevant for all of today’s current issues!
H.O.P.E. stands for Helping Others Put off Entanglements. The only hope for conquering addiction (all sin is addictive) is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This is a Bible focused study program and is focused on pointing people to God!
